At Smart Toys and Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in brand-new condition during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the inspection is complete.
